Half of this creation was born of pain and longing,
While half emerged from embodied serenity.

This book contains my soul.
I share it with you because it changed my life.

Creating it helped me realize I was sleepwalking.
Afraid to acknowledge the pain within. Afraid to be vulnerable. Afraid of being alone.

I had to face my darkness. I had to love it. I had to thank it.
Only then could I wake up to my light.

Now it’s your turn.
You must go through your darkness to awaken your light.
Once you remember who you are, you will never be the same.
